A superior home stager, Lanie has a deep interest in marketing and working with investor portfolios from the ground up. She is a consistent winner of the NJ Realtors®' Circle of Excellence Award from 2006-2024. She previously worked as a rental specialist and transaction coordinator for a management company with deep Hoboken roots.

Lanie attended Southern Connecticut University with a focus in psychology, communications and theatre. She currently resides in Bayonne with her husband and two children. She has previously lived in both Hoboken and Jersey City, giving her comprehensive knowledge of New Jersey's gold coast. In her spare time, she loves to participate and spearhead charity events in an effort to give back to her local community and families in need.
